Is old revelation and routine religion not cutting it anymore?
The thirst that drives you determines the depth of your well. When you are no longer satisfied to drink from someone else’s well, God has commission the Academy to equip its students to discover and steward their own internal well; a well from which you will NEVER thirst again.
Women of Valor are Valiant
In 2017, The Lord let me know that I would be a vessel to affirm and train Women of Valor. And like David’s Men of Valor, these women would have been prepared for war; to take down the works of the enemy in their territories. In the spirit realm, each warrior may have different specialties of operations. The Lord let me know, “it is good for them to have understanding so they can posture themselves for war with intentionality. Otherwise, they will continually fall in the small battles, even though I have won the war. Teach them about Endurance.”
I had been mentoring women for 15 years but in 2020, I held the first of countless group sessions. And so the Academy was established. Because I have a mantle to teach, I begat other teachers. The Lord said, “this is the dispensation of the Teaching Graces.” Do not think it is a small thing to teach, in this hour, or to be taught.
Because…
You may ask : “Why Generals, when it does not yet appear who we are?”
Because who you will be is who you have always been. It is when we let the stages of development hinder our identity in Christ box us in and lower expectations. This has been an Achilles’ heel for so many women in Christ- with either trending or traditional and religious constraints. Both just as dangerous.
Valiant Academy calls to the deep places in you to excel and to do better. And by virtue of this, you have agreed to become a leader. This thirst and committing to the process inherently acknowledges that you are stepping out of the mediocrity and into stewardship, even if it is to make your own election and calling sure.
The answer to the question simply put, because Generals lead. Even lead accidentally, as I often have categorize myself. I was an “accidental ” leader void of ambition or passion to be out front. And to this day, I still must discipline the sheepish follower of Jesus, who I really am, to be brave and strong and of good courage because I am somehow out in front now. I do it to make Abba proud; because I owe Him my life, my breath, and my soul.

Your Mentor
Academy Director prays for each registrant and assigns a mentor as the Lord leads. Each mentor provides support, prayers and counsel while the student navigates life’s challenges in an effort to apply the fruit of the Holy Spirit and Spiritual Integrity.
